Vinification<\/b><\/p>\n

In stainless steel vats took place maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 26\u00b0-30\u00b0C \/ 79\u00b0-86\u00b0F, for about 15 days. Once alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was racked into other stainless steel vats, for malolactic fermentation.
