Vinification<\/b><\/p>\n

The grapes were first placed in stainless steel vats and macerated for about 30 days at a temperature of 26\u00b0-30\u00b0C \/ 79\u00b0-86\u00b0F. Once alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was racked into other stainless steel vats, for malolactic fermentation.
